Here's a list of my top asked questions/fun facts about my pregnancy this week!

  • What are you doing to exercise or stay active? I'm focusing on listening to my body and doing whatever feels best (including resting). Some days that means cardio-walking on the treadmill at an incline (my new favorite!) and some days it's weight lifting. I've definitely decreased the amount I lift however!
  • What is the weirdest thing you have craved so far? Honestly, my cravings haven't been too weird just very specific, haha. Probably pumpkin pie from Costco or Granny Smith apples and sharp cheddar cheese.
  • How much weight have you gained? (Yes, seriously people ask this) So far, 3-4 pounds. But, I can definitely tell my body composition has changed and since muscle weighs more than fat, I know I've lost muscle and gained fat even if it's not reflected on the scale. 
  • Are you showing yet? No, not yet. I'm just getting broader all over my abdomen. No cute bump yet!
  • Do you have a named picked out? Yes, we do! We're going to name him after Jordan's great-grandfather, Julius. 
  • Weirdest thing someone has said to you? "Wow, you've got some thick hips! That will be great for childbirth. Like a thoroughbred racehorse!" Bless their heart.
