Postpartum Fitness
Hi! I thought I'd share my first postpartum pictures with you. It's more skin than I'm used to showing which is why I put it here vs. Instagram but I thought it was important for mamas to see clearly where I'm starting!
I'm really proud of my body and what it was able to do! I mean growing a human being and then being responsible for feeding it is HARD WORK and I am forever grateful that I am able to do that.
That said, I have health and fitness goals that I want to reach that are more than what my body looks like! I gained most of my weight in my lower half and back and that's okay! I'm excited to be sharing my post-partum fitness journey with you and can't wait to crush some goals!
